time to time by posting a new version in the sites, and the new version will become effective immediately.
Aboard Software is committed to preserve and safeguard the security and privacy of the data of our customers provided to us. This Privacy Policy
explains our commitment to preserving and safeguarding the data of our customers that was provided to Aboard Software, and serves as our agreement
with our customers about our data handling practices. This policy lists the types of customer data we collect, explains how we use and protect that
customer data, and discloses our key procedures about privacy preservation.
The privacy of our customers is vital to us. Therefore:
- We do not share, sell or rent any data of our customers that was provided to us by the customers
- We do not send spam emails
- We only disclose data of acustomer that was provided to us by the customer after express consent of the customer, and only for providing
reference information to prospective new customers and the public in general
The identification of customers using our automated trials, licensing our software or getting confidential information from Aboard Software is also
vital to us. Therefore:
- Before providing our Site users with licenses to use our products, any kind of services, or confidential information about our products or
services or of any other kind, we ask our Site users to provide their information in a way that can be verified and that allows Aboard Software
to know who we are serving
- The validation of the information provided for identification is considered data of our customers that was provided to us by the customer,
and as such it is protected under the conditions in this Statement
- In some cases, we request the Site users to provide Credit Card information for identity validation only, in such cases we will never post
charges to the Credit Card supplied by the Customer for identification unless and until the customer makes a decision to buy licenses or services
from Aboard Software, and in that case, only as instructed and accepted by the customer
