-
Personalization: Users can customize their screens and their dashboards, and even change their menus and their main screens,
or even create new screens into which data can be displayed or edited. This personalization also includes the creation of new data entities,
that are seamlessly integrated into their main ERP software.
-
Workflow Automation: Active ERP comes with a team of AI-Guided robotic users, which simply eliminates the need for human users
to manually perform most clerical tasks. The Robotic User Team also plans operations in an optimal way, if you leave the robots run
your business, they will do it optimally. And the Robotic Users always report to human users and their decisions can always be overridden,
if human users have knowledge that the robots didn't.
-
Search and Navigation: Active ERP comes with an integrated Data Explorer, that allows users to easily and interactively build queries
to produce needed data on the spot, in seconds or minutes. The Data explorer queries can also be saved and invoked again as needed.
Data obtained through the Data Explorer can be exported as needed.
-
Mobile Access: Mobile apps and web interfaces allow users to access critical business data and perform tasks while on the field.
-
Support and Training: Aboard Software provides training and support through personal and intensive engagement of highly qualified engineers,
so the effectiveness and promptness of problem resolution are maximized.
-
Integration: The ability to extend and modify Active ERP by the users themselves, without engaging a team of developers,
is ideal for integrating the system with other software components in use by your organization.
-
Role-Based Access: Active ERP provides access based on roles, through which you can assign permissions and access levels to users based
on their roles in the organization. This enhances security and routes users only to the data and screens that are relevant to their jobs.
